We are beyond excited that you are going to join us on this amazing journey together. There is nothing more incredible then the feeling of helping a companion return to good health, and help the owners along the way too.
We would like to collect information about you, as a new employee, to help us with on-boarding. There are a lot (and I mean a lot!) of behind the scenes things required to move things along. Each question below has something to do with things we need for Payroll, Uniforms, Insurance and all around safety.
